Willie Ann Ross Daniel, 64, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
She was born on Sept. 24, 1957, to the late William and Elizabeth H. Ross in Chattanooga. She received her education from the Hamilton County Public Schools. She was a dedicated and faithful worker for Wheland Foundry for more than 13 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Michelle Denise Ross; aunt, Annie L. Brooks; uncle, James Hollis; cousins, Anthony Hollis and George Evans.
She is survived by former husband, Michael Daniel, Sr.; her devoted son, Michael Daniel, Jr. (Natasha Roshelle); granddaughters, Markita Owens and Twan'Asia Fitch; grandsons, Calvin Ross, Keldrick Ross, Michael III, Markel, Makhei, and Makeleb Daniel, Cortez Roshelle, Courtney (Maija) White; great grandchildren, Ka'Mauri "LaLa" Summerville, Akeem Boston, Serenity Horton, Kortnie and Micah White; brother, Ronald Akridge; sisters, Margaret (Ronnie) Tibbs, Theresa (Horace) Careathers, Valerie (Kirt) Green, Darlene (Charles) Calloway, Deborah (Hector) Noble; aunt, Daisy Hollis Dozier; nephews, Montez, Calvin, and Derrick Ross; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Public viewing will be held from 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on Friday, March 4, at the funeral home, followed by a 1 p.m. funeral service in the chapel. Interment will be in Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery.
