Coventry Twp - Juanita D. Miller, 90, fell asleep in the Lord on February 21, 2022 with her family by her side.
She was born to the late Frances & Ernest Durieux, Sr. on
December 30, 1931 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Jack Morrison Sr, Robert W. Miller, and dear companion Robert Lockhart; daughter Darlene Mae Russell; granddaughter Diana Sue Workman; and brothers Ernest Jr & Arthur Durieux & Charles Atherton.
She is survived by her three children, sisters, grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Juanita worked at Rubber City Steel Products as an accountant until the early 1970s. She then went to work for Kustom Sheet Metal and ended her accounting career as the CFO of the Akron Civic Theater, retiring in the mid-1990s. She was devoted to her family and to her faith. Always had a kind word and saw the good in everybody and remained faithful until her passing. She represented the strength of several generations of family members.
Interment at Greenlawn Cemetery.
