Annette Kay Jones, 60, of Shelby, Ohio passed away Saturday February 19, 2022 following an extended illness. On March 10, 1961 she was born to the late Gary Temple and Sharon Thompson Wheeler.

Annette enjoyed watching Ohio State and Pittsburgh Steelers football, spending time with her grandchildren, cookouts with her family and shuffleboard. Annette had a very loving heart, always making sure her family was taken care of. She loved spoiling her grandkids every chance she got.

She is survived by two sons, Keven (Shayla) Delong and Daniel (Souphatta) Jones; grandchildren, Deven Neeley, Hannah Delong and Raven Jones; great grandchildren, Maeleigh Neeley and Rohan Wheeler; siblings, Sheryl (Brian) Curless, Vicki (Wes) Nolen, Rob (Chris) Temple and George Temple; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Thompson-Wheeler; father, Gary Temple; brother, Gary "Shortie" Temple; stepfather, Bernie Wheeler and grandparents, Eleanor and Homer Hall.

Arrangements for a celebration of life is pending for Saturday February 26, 2022 at the Firehouse in Tiro, Ohio.

The family would like to thank Shelby Pointe, Kindred Hospice and Southern Care Hospice for her care.
