LEOMINSTER--- Robert J Foley, 56 years old, of Leominster, passed away February 13, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Springfield, MA., the son of Maxine Bird and the late William Bird, the man whom he considered to be his Dad.

Bob was a long time Leominster resident, an entrepreneur, who owned an online memorabilia company. He was a member of Laborers Local 243. He loved football and baseball and went to Fenway and Gillette Stadium every chance he got. His love of football was only matched by his love of professional wrestling. He was also an avid fisherman.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents Adeline, whom he adored, and Frederick Borowsky, step- brother William Bird Jr, and his cousin Nikki Danek.

He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Maxine Bird from Sterling; sister, Mary Foley from Leominster; brother Paul Foley from Florida, sister-in-law, Elisha Bird and his only daughter Hailey Nogler from Shirley along with aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He leaves behind some special friends, Brian Belliveau, Mark Belliveau, Mindy Taylor and Heidi Fey.

Bob graduated with a degree in Horticulture and had a love for plants.

A funeral mass for Bob will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 from the Richardson Funeral Home, 106 West St. Leominster, with a funeral mass at 11am at Holy Family of Nazareth Church,750 Union St. Leominster. Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery, Leominster. Calling hours in the funeral home are Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 4~ 7pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a plant or a tree to be replanted in his honor.
