Barbara Gail Bradley, of Candler, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Mission Hospital.

Gail was born in Lebanon, TN and moved to Asheville with her husband Jerry after they married.

Gail enjoyed working with children in Pre-K, worked as a 2nd grade teacher assistant, and a school bus driver for the Enka District. Throughout her life, Gail enjoyed being involved in her children's sports and band activities, and was always their cheerleader throughout their careers.

Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Jerry Bradley; sons, Maj. Rusty Bradley, Ret. US Army (Carolyn) and Kevin Bradley (Tina); daughter, Jennifer Bradley (Cheyenne); three grandchildren, Tommy, Katie and Morgan; and her sister, Georgia Horn (James).

Gail was so loved, and will be so missed.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 28, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with the Rev. G. Scott Lynch officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Groce Funeral Home, Patton Avenue.
