David enjoyed golf, deep sea fishing, and watching the Atlanta Braves. He finished his career in construction with Habitat for Humanity of Stanly County and was a member of the Rotary Club of West Stanly. David's family will cherish his memory as a loving husband and father.
The graveside service will be on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 11:00 am at Canton Baptist Church Cemetery in Albemarle officiated by David's nephew, Daniel Furr. Burial will follow at the Canton Baptist Church Cemetery at 24615 Endy Rd, Albemarle.
