Age 60, of Harrison Twp., passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Grandview Hospital. Rick was born March 7, 1961 in Dayton to Richard T. (Sr.) & Phyllis (Fletcher) Ballard. His father preceded him in death; along with his sister, Barbara Jean Davis.
Rick is survived by his mother, Phyllis Burrows; son, Michael Ballard; one brother, David Ballard & his wife, Malinda; and by numerous nieces & nephews.
The family will be receiving friends from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 28, at Morton & Whetstone Funeral Home, 139 S. Dixie Drive, Vandalia. Memorial services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Hamilton officiating. Inurnment will be at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
