The funeral of the late John Lockhart, whose death occurred at the residence of his nephew, Mr Henry Cavers, Ramsay, on Saturday, took place on Monday afternoon to the eighth line cemetery. He was 75 years of age and was the last member of that branch of the Lockhart family. He was in poor health for some time before his death. He was unmarried.
