Edward E. Dixon, age 89, of Hilliard, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at Kobacker House in Columbus, Ohio.
Born in Catawba, Ohio to the late William and Nora Dixon, he was one of 13 children.
Ed retired from the printing industry after many years of service and settled in Naples, Florida along with his wife, Carolyn. They returned to Central Ohio in 2018.
In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by his siblings Mary, Opal, Robert, Pauline, Harry, Fred and Arnold.
He is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 66 years, Carolyn Dixon, his children Diane (James) Bonham, Susan (Stephen) Wainfor and Joe (Debora) Dixon; grandchildren: Blake (Sarah) Bonham, Kyle Bonham, Seth Bonham, Spencer Wainfor, Daniela Wainfor, Adam Dixon and Cory (fiancé, Destiny Curry) Dixon; great-grandchildren: Jared Bonham, Lily Bonham and Lindsey Bonham; siblings: Martha Adams, Kathleen Adams, Frances "Frankie" Foxbower, Barbara Williamson and Rev. Donald (Dianna) Dixon, and their families; brothers-in-law: Jack (Laura) Poplis and Paul (Barbara) Poplis, and their families, and his dear neighbor Di Harris.
