On December 30, 1950, Debbie was born to the late James Harold Phillips and Dorothy (Gurski) Phillips, who survives and resides in Fort Walton Beach. She is survived by her son and daughter-inlaw, Chuck and Barbara DiRocco of Washington D.C. Other surviving family members include her two brothers and a sister, James, Steve, and Teresa Phillips, all of Fort Walton Beach.
Debbie was a devoted mother and in-law to both Chuck and Barbara. As a personally restrained artist, she enjoyed all forms of imagination and creativity, from drawing and painting to theater and cinema. She was also a caring pet companion with equal love for cats and dogs. Her heart was always open for all and will be deeply missed by family, friends, and her four-legged companions.
