Joseph was a mechanic in the United States Air Force for 23 years and retired as a mechanic from Tire Country after 22 years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Archie Moore and his mother, Helen Valentine.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Larraine Moore; his son, Joseph Eugene Moore II and wife Barb; his daughters, Gayle Long and husband Woody, Katrina Loza and husband Ryan, and Dena Hewett and husband Patrick; his grandchildren, Leonard, Alexis, Zachary, Joshua and Chance; great grandchildren, Luna and Beckham; and sister, Lynn Forbing.
