She was born in Dante, Virginia; daughter of the late Harding and Mable Couch Morefield. Pam dedicated her life to her family and her home.
She is survived by her husband, James N. York; one daughter, Cindy Elizabeth York of St. Paul, Virginia; one sister, Teresa Rasnick and husband, G.C. of Dante, Virginia; three brothers, Mike Morefield and wife, Teri of Bristol, Virginia, Larry "Tub" Morefield and wife, Diana of Dante, Virginia, and Jeff Morefield and wife, Amy of Nickelsville, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Pamela Sue Morefield York will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel, Castlewood, Virginia with Rev. Jim Pratt officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia.
