Esta Dale Carpenter, 49 of Webster Springs passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012, at CAMC Memorial in Charleston. She was born August 28, 1963, in Beckley to the late Gam Blake and Georgia Mathes Blake Jackson and was a lifelong resident of Webster County.
Esta is survived by her son Anthony (Samantha ) Carpenter of Cowen; daughter Luka Buffy of Cowen; brothers Rodney Phillips of Ind. and Lester Blake of Webster Springs, sisters Linda Sparks of Webster Springs and Tracy Beckner of Richwood; grandchildren Levi And Isabella Carpenter of Cowen and Payton Selman of Upperglade.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters; Margaret and Rita.
Friends joined the family for visitation on Thursday, December 13, 2012, from 5-8 PM at Adams-Reed Funeral Home. Funeral Services were held on Friday, December 14, 2012, at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with the Rev. Doug Martin officiating. Burial followed in the Mathes Family Cemetery, Upperglade.
