After marrying in 1981, they settled in Bethlehem, PA. Although highly regarded in her work with Human Resources, she believed that her biggest success was her life with her husband and twin boys, Brenton and Ryan. She was very involved with them throughout the years in scouting and team sports. Scouting was a family affair, and Gail was a great influence as the Troop Committee Chairperson. She was so proud when both Brenton and Ryan, with her support and influence, achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. In addition, she worked diligently with the CYO Soccer Program, being responsible for all the paperwork involved in the organization, which started as a small program of 22 children, and blossomed to over 125 with her dedication. Both boys attended Penn State, and Brenton is now a successful businessman, while Ryan is proudly serving his country as a First Class Petty Officer in the US Navy.
Always involved with the church, she volunteered with the Carnival at her parish, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Bethlehem. In later years, she found great comfort with her Bible Study group. She was an avid reader, enjoyed camping and vacations in North Carolina. She loved the time she spent with her family, but being "GG" to her first grandchild, Samuel, and being able to share his first year, was her greatest joy. Gail was always an upbeat, positive person. She had a smile and a kind word for everyone she met, but she also had an underlying strength and determination. She was selfless and dedicated, and had an unwavering loyalty and love for her family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
