Note: She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter (b. 1952, d. 26 Jun 1952, in Anniston, Calhoun County, Alabama.) Burial location is currently unknown.

Obituary:
Heflin - Frances Taylor, 85, died Monday, February 21, 2022, at Cleburne County Nursing Home.

Frances was a native and lifelong resident of Cleburne County and a member of Mt. Olive Church of God. She enjoyed the outdoors with a love of anything associated with water including lakes, creeks and swimming pools. Frances enjoyed working in her yard and gardening. She loved cooking for her family, especially while spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved her pets.

Frances Taylor was preceded in death by her parents, George (sic) and Ida Jennings; and a daughter, Bobbie Jane Owen.

Survivors include her two daughters, Darlene Bently and Ida Pendergrass; four sons, Kenneth Owen, Emmett Owen, Michael Taylor, and Dennis Owen; 10 grandchildren, Troy Taylor, Kenneth Owen, Blake Owen, Brittany Jones, Brandon Owen, Jeromy Owen, Adam Bently, Chris Bently, April Adams, and Heath Adams; and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Ronnie Williams officiating.

Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2022, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.

Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
