MARY MYRTLE KASSERMAN, age 81, of Lewisburg, Ohio died Saturday morning, February 28, 1998 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio after an extended illness. Born June 24, 1916 in Middletown, Ohio, she was the daughter of Redwine & Bertha (Shephard) Hogg. A graduate of Monroe High School in 1936, she lived in Preble County most all of her life where she was a homemaker and farmer. Preceded in death by her Brother: Stanley Hogg ; 3 Sisters: Thelma Shuff, Esther Flora, & Marjorie Snyder; 1 Daughter: Joyce E. Brown who died December 1988.
Survived by Husband of 61 years: Charles Ralph Kasserman; Son & Daughter-In-Law: Karl W. & Sandra R. Kasserman of Cincinnati, Ohio; Daughters and Sons -in-Law: Janet & Ted Rike of Lewisburg, Linda & Mark Morris of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and Brenda & Joseph Ochmanski of Brook Park, Ohio; Special Cousin: Lennox Hogg of Arcanum, Ohio; 9 Grandchildren & 10 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 3, 1998, 2:00 P.M. at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, Ohio with Rev. George Pennington officiating. Family will receive friends Monday evening from 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio.
