--Occupation: She worked at Cutler & Hammer until she married. She then assisted her husband at their business United Inc. DBA The Car Market.
--Peggy married Jerry Stokes. They were married 64 years and had a daughter, Sandra. Peggy had 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
--Longtime member of Hickory Grove Baptist Church
