Barbara Ruth Hawkins, age 89, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022.
She was born July 2, 1932 in Knoxville, TN.
She retired from Bell South after 32 years of service. Barbara attended Graystone Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed spending time at Douglas Lake, Daytona Beach and loved animals.
She was preceded in death by parents, William C. Trotter and Ella Williams Trotter; sister, Margaret Trotter Crisp; brothers, W.C. Jr., John and James Trotter.
Barbara is survived by daughter, Karen Hawkins; son, Larry Hawkins; previous husband, William L. Hawkins; sister-in-law, Agnes Trotter; several nieces; nephews; grand-nieces and grand nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 9, 2022 between the hours of 5:00PM until 7:00PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville with a service to follow at 7:00PM officiated by Rev.
