Karen Hacker Jackson "Mib" 72 of Sutton passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021, peacefully at her home surrounded by friends and family.

Mib retired in 2009 from St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa Oklahoma at which time she moved back to West Virginia.

Mib was an amazing, loving, and kind mother, nanny, sister, aunt, and friend to all that knew her. Mib enjoyed gatherings with friends and family and gardening and raising her flowers. Mib also enjoyed traveling with her daughter and friends and spending time with her beloved animals, her cat Sassy and her dog Bubby.

Preceding her in death were her husband William "Bill" Jackson, her parents Gilbert and Lena (Bender) Hacker, brothers, Jack Hacker and Alan (Popeye) Hacker, and an infant brother and brother-in-law, Buck Jackson.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Sharon (Mark) Yost of Sutton, grandson which was her pride and joy, Robert Cutlip II (Bub), and great-grandson who also was her pride and joy, Xander Cutlip of Sutton. Brothers, Wayne (Helen) Hacker of Gassaway, Warren "Tink" (Judy) Hacker of Gassaway, Charles "Curly" (Ruth Ann) Hacker of Exchange. Sister, Sharon Jackson of Tulsa Oklahoma and sister-in-law, Chris Hacker of Gassaway and many other nieces and nephews and cousins and her special Friends, Betty Sprouse of Little Birch, Wilda Dillon of Sutton, and Rose Simmons of Sutton.

The family received friends Thursday, February 18, 2021, from 6:00 to 9:00 at the Stockert Paletti Funeral Home in Flatwoods with funeral services Friday, February 19, 2021, at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Reverend Linn Schiefer officiating.

Burial followed the services at the Frame Cemetery, on Herold Road in Sutton.
