Richard Nonwell Robbins, 82, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday February 16, 2022. He was born November 28, 1939 in Apalachicola, Florida. He was a 1957 graduate of Bay High School. He served in the National Guard for 2 years. He was the retired manager of Associates Finance Company in Panama City. He was a member of the Callaway Historical Society, the Greater Panama City Dog Fancier Association and the N.R.A. He was preceded in death by his father, Nonwell Robbins, mother, Margie Real and stepfather, C.V. Real. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy Ann Johnson Robbins; three children, Cynthia Peacock (Brenton), Pamela Robbins, LeAnne Lusk (Jon); three grandchildren, Lorena Peacock, Lucas Peacock, Debra Lusk Oney (Alan); two great grandchildren, Eli Oney, Tuesday Oney and many cousins. He is also survived by his beloved bullmastiff Stormy. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to the charity of your choice in memory of Richard Robbins.
