Nathan Bryan Young, 73, of Duncanville, TX, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022, in Ennis.

Nathan was born on May 20, 1948, in Dallas, TX, to James Thomas Young and Velma June Martin Young. He was raised in Dallas where he attended school. Nathan served his country in the United States Navy. He married Hope Martinez in Waxahachie and they made their home in Duncanville where they raised their children. Nathan was self-employed in the plumbing industry for more than twenty years. He loved his Harley Davidson motorcycle, fixing them and riding. Nathan enjoyed fishing, golfing, anything to do with the outdoors, especially sun bathing nude.

Nathan is survived by his wife, Hope Martinez of Duncanville, TX; son, Bryan Wyant of Florida; daughters, Tia Young of Ennis, TX, LuCinda Martinez of Mesquite, TX, and Natalie Davis of Midlothian, TX; sister, Dera Louise Marshall of Dallas, TX; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; along with many brothers-in law and sisters-in law.

An inurnment is scheduled for 11:15 AM, Monday, March 7, 2022, at DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.
