Mark was born on October 3, 1961 to William Hoyte Fowler and Peggy O'Neil Fowler.
Mark married Carmen Jenny Benton on July 20, 1980 and had three children.
Mark was a first responder in his former days and also a farmer, later on in life he was a proud owner to Carolina Communications in sales such as cellphones Nextel, radios working on police cars, ambulances. Lastly he enjoy running and driving heavy equipment, he was always a hard working man!
The family will receive friends at Holland Funeral Service & Crematory on Monday, February 21, 2022 from 6:00PM until 8:00 PM.
The funeral service will be private. He will be laid to rest at Lakeland Memorial Park.
