Chester - Billy Gerald Allen Sr., age 77, went to be with Jesus on February 16, 2022, at Dodge County Hospital in Eastman. The Family will be having a Memorial Service on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at 4:00 P.M. at Beacon Church, 830 Soperton Hwy, Eastman, GA 31023.
Billy was born on November 20, 1944, to the late Edgar "Son" and Lydia Rowland Allen. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Eloise Peacock and Connie Allen and his brother Harold Allen. He was a God loving man and a mechanic all his life.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia Allen of Chester; his children Rachel (David) Mullis, Billy G. Allen Jr. (Terri Mullis), all of Chester, Chris (Cindy) Allen of Rentz, Felicia (Tommy) Smith of Cochran, Melissa Guettler of Gresston, Peggy (Troy) Horne of Eastman and Kaitlan (Ronald) Leek of El Paso, Texas; 25 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beacon Church, 830 Soperton Hwy, Eastman, GA 31023.
The Family will be at 299 Cannon Rd. Chester, GA 31012 and will greet friends after the service Wednesday, at Beacon Church.
