Born in Old Norfolk County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Nellie Bagley. She retired as owner and operator of Williams Candy Company and was a member of Grassfield Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Eugene Williams and son, Gene R. Williams. Left to cherish her memory: her daughter, Ann W. Litchfield; sons, David L. Williams (Robin) and Joseph G. Williams (Sabrena); sister, Mary Mustin, all of Chesapeake; sister-in-law, Jean Bagley of Elizabeth City, NC; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Interment at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
