Paul Franklin Day, Jr., 73, of Wichita Falls, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022.
Paul was born on November 5, 1948 to the late Paul Franklin Day Sr and Dorothy Julia Jones Day. He served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corp. as a Sniper in the First Division. He married the love of his life, Debbie Cooper, on November 23, 1985.
Paul worked in the construction business for many years and owned and operated Handyman Services. He was a member of the VFW in Nocona, the Oklahoma Country Club and the Redneck yacht Club. He loved to sing, enjoyed going fishing, and most of all, he loved being with his family.
Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Danny Day; his sister, Susie Day; and his three sons, Phillip Day, Joseph William Day, and Curtis Wayne Day.
He is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Day; his brother, Curtis Day and wife Pat; his children, Jessi and husband Derrick Holland, Paul and wife Whitney Day, Lori Day, Misty Day, Patty Day, Dalton and wife Courtney Day, and Jeff Day; his grandchildren, Kyra, Derrick Jr, Denver, Gatlin, Blakley, Colton, Angel, Autumn, Kayce, Waylon, Joey, Jasmine, Jayla, Justice, Caiden, Abigail, and Tahler; and numerous family, friends and loved ones.
A Celebration of Paul's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 21, 2022 at the Eagles Lodge, 5396 Seymour Hwy, Wichita Falls, TX 76310.
