Age 64 Years of Ovid formerly of Alma passed away Feb 15, 2022 at 8:32am.

Funeral Services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1588 N Hickory Rd, Owosso, MI 48867) at 2pm on Feb 16, 2022 with Bishop Blackmer officiating. Luncheon to follow the funeral service. Burial will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church 1pm till the time of service.

Becky was born December 28, 1957 in St. John's, MI, the daughter of Jack Shook and Dianna (Kimmel) Way.

She graduated from Merrill Adult Education.

Becky enjoyed church, crocheting, knitting, bead work, snowmobiling, dune buggies, camping, her dogs Cali, Tina and Missy. She loved any type of craft and time with her friends. She was always looking for ways to help anyone and everyone. Becky spent her life serving her Lord and Savior. She enjoyed reading the scriptures. Most of all Becky loved spending time with her family, especially her 2 daughters and beloved 8 grandchildren. She was very excited to meet her great grandbaby in July. She was always learning as much as she could.

She married Edward David Miller in Owosso, Michigan on August 28th, 1979.

Becky worked as a farm supply specialist for the local farmers of Alma, Michigan for many years. She made many friends and was an important part of the community.

Becky is survived by her husband of 42 years, Edward Miller; daughters, Christina Ann Stewart and Kimberly Sue Mellentine, Son in law Shane Mellentine; seven grandchildren, Lexys (Rick), Justin, Felicia (Anthony), Spencer (Cheyenne), Emily, Olivia, Hannah, and one great grandchild on the way; mother, Dianna (Kimmel) Way; siblings, Jackie (Robin) Middleton, Harlyn (Mariam) Shook, Jeff (Janet) Shook, Josh (Kori) Shook, and Joe Shook; and many nieces and nephews, and other loving family and friends.

She was predeceased by her grandson, Tyler Mellentine; father, Jack Shook; brother, Kenneth Shook; and step-father, George Way.
