William Augustus Abb, 299 Dill Avenue, died at Guilford Nursing Home, Boonsboro, Tuesday at 9:10 a. m. after an illness of four months. He was 77 years of age. A son of the late John and Ruanna Bopst Abb, he was a member of Edgewood Church of God and was a retired farmer. He had resided most of his life in the Rocky Springs and Braddock sections of the county. Surviving are one sone, Irving A. Abb, and two daughters, Mrs. T. Melvin Lescalleet and Mrs. Charles Myers, all of this city. He was the last of his immediate family. Four grandchildren also survive. The body rests at the funeral home, 106 East Church street, where friends may call after three o'clock this afternoon. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Thursday morning at eleven o'clock. Interment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. M.R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
