TAYLORSVILLE, June 16-Funeral services were held from the Clear Creek Baptist church, Smith county, for Willis Robert Hollingsworth, 61, following his death at the family, residence in Taylorsville after an extended illness.
Services were conducted by the Rev. G. O. Parker, pastor of the Baptist church of Magee, with Interment following in the Clear Creek cemetery.
Mr. Hollingsworth, a native of Newton county, had made his home in Taylorsville for the past six years. He was a member of the Clear Creek Baptist church.
Surviving are the following relatives: his wife, Mrs. Carrie Johnson Hollingsworth. Three sons: Albert Hollingsworth, Taylorsville; Roy Hollingsworth, Taylorsville; and Martin Hollingsworth, Iowa; six daughters: Mrs. Lucile Hosey, Mrs. Myrtis Ainsworth. Mrs. Minnie Mae Ainsworth, Miss Essie Hollingsworth, Miss Winnie Myrl Hollingsworth, and Miss Georgia Faye Hollingsworth, all of Taylorsville; four brothers: W. H. Hollingsworth, Mt. Olive; A. F. Hollingsworth, Burns; J. W. Hollingsworth, Collins and S. L. Hollingsworth, Ellisville. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
