Pauline Sapp Yarber, 88, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2022. She was a member of Cedar Bay Baptist Church in Florida, and eventually attended Pigott Branch Missionary Baptist Church and Hopewell United Methodist Church. She was very sociable as she enjoyed talking and visiting with loved ones. She devoted many hours working in the kitchen for various jobs including working at Claxton Elementary School many years ago.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Minnie Miles; husband, Wallace Dan Sapp; an infant son; daughter, Paula Oliver; and twenty-one brothers and sisters.

SURVIVORS: daughter, Janice (James) DeLoach of Ludowici, Ga.; son, Wallace (Barbara) Sapp of Glennville, Ga.; grandchildren, Amanda (Shane) Belcher of Kentucky; James (Michelle) DeLoach of Ludowici, Ga.; Julie Sapp of Atlanta, Ga.; Daniel (Jenifer) Sapp of Swainsboro, Ga.; Austin (Lorinda) Sapp of Augusta, Ga.; Little Mack (Cindy) Oliver of Reidsville, Ga.; and Tina (Bruce) Dailey; including eleven great-grand children and two great-great-grandchildren.

SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE OBSERVED DURING THE SERVICE, DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

VISITATION: Friday, February 18, 2022 at Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home from 10:00am – 11:00am.
