David J. Hoffman, 63, of Monroe, Michigan, passed away, Tuesday, February 15, 2022, ProMedica Regional Hospital, Monroe, MI. Born July 6, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of Joseph I. and Constance L. (Raitz) Hoffman. David graduate from Mary Immaculate School in Toledo in 1974 and from Bedford High School in 1979. He was employed at Walmart in Monroe, MI for several years and also performed janitorial services for the Arc of Monroe County and was currently employed at the CSDD Workshop in Monroe, Michigan. He was active in Special Olympics for many years. His favorite events were swimming and bowling. Music was a big part of his life and had an extensive LP records, CD's, DVD's and video collection. David was especially fond of the Osmond Family and Michael Jackson. He had attended Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Temperance, MI and St. Michael in Monroe, MI.
. He was preceded in death by his parents. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Our Lady of Mt.Carmel Cemetary.
