Arlene (Bussis) Barton age 89, of Holland, MI passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side on Sunday, February 13, 2022.

She was born in Borculo to Gerrit and Jennie Bussis.

Arlene was a member of Third Reformed Church and volunteered for the American Red Cross and Evergreen Commons. She retired from First Michigan Bank after 20 years of employment.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Orlo in 2002 and her siblings Joan, Dale, Joyce, and Gayle.

Arlene is survived by her daughters: Pamela (Fred) Glaysher of Rochester, MI and Jane (Andy) Zoerman of Holland, MI; Stepson, Robert (Carrol) Barton of Eugene, OR; grandchildren: Elliot Glaysher, Ethan Glaysher and Laura Jensen, Jennifer Zoerman, Tomieka and Kevin Van Noord, and Racinda Zoerman; great grandchildren: Abigail Zoerman-Yates, Austin, Mackenzie, Levi, and Tessa Van Noord.

Funeral services will be 12 noon on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Third Reformed Church, 111 West 13th Street, Holland. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, February 18, at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E. 16th St. Holland.
