Nicole Marie Long, resident of El Segundo, CA, passed away suddenly in December 2021. She was 53 years old.
Nicole is survived by her husband, Ray, her son Brandon (and his girlfriend Angelica), her brother Jon, sisters Cindy and Angela, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many close and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cookie Long and Jerry Long.
Nicole was the sweetest, kindest, most loving person you could ever hope to know. She loved animals, and in particular she had a soft spot for elephants and their well-being in this world, always sharing information about them on social media. She also loved whales and Great Danes: "All of the gentle giants" as she called them. She loved being out in nature, enjoyed camping and waterskiing, walking along the beach, watching sunsets, and spending time with friends and family. Listening to music was her passion in life.
Nicole was a dedicated and loving wife and mother. She is deeply missed by her family and friends.
