2nd Lieut., Engineers, United States Army.

He was the son of Franklin Fuller and Hortense Trevitt Fuller.
Per the 1930 Census for Bethesda, Montgomery County, Maryland, he married Viola Oliver when he was age 30 for a year of marriage about 1924.
They had no children.
On April 11, 1931 as Frank T. Fuller, he married Ada K. Hurlbert at Harrison, New York.
They were the parents of three children including Frank Edward Fuller (1933-2011).
He and his wife appear to have divorced sometime between 1944 and 1946.
A marriage record for February 19, 1946 was found for Ada Katherine Hurlbert Fuller and Edwin McKim Beall at Guilford County, North Carolina. That marriage appears to have been short lived as Edwin M. Beall is found with wife, Alta, on the 1950 Census for Prince George's County, Maryland.
