Janice Ramsey Sampson, 64, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was met with open arms by our heavenly father, February 11, 2022. Janice was born to Darlene Ramsey and Albert Brown in Monroe, Louisiana, April 16, 1957. Janice worked for the United States Postal Service for 37 years. She loved her job and customers. She was affectionately known by family and friends as a courageous woman with a big heart. She is survived by her loving husband, Michael V. Sampson, two daughters, Shaundricka Tezeno Hope and Michelle Ramsey-Hawkins (Greg), one brother, five sisters, five grandchildren, two angelic grandsons, one aunt, four God children, nine nieces, five nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, February 18, 2022 at Greater King David Baptist Church, 222 Blount Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70807 at 9am followed by the funeral service at 11am. Interment will immediately follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, 4045 North Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. Janice was Loved by so many people and she touched so many lives.
