David Lacy Blair, 61, of Turkey Run Road, Ohio, passed 6:47 a.m. Sunday, February 13, 2022 at SOMC Hospice, Portsmouth, Ohio.
David was born February 8, 1961 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the son of the late James Francis Blair and Faye (LeMaster) Blair of Portsmouth. On October 18, 1980, he was united in marriage to Debbie (Friend) Blair, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Kaleb (Toni) Blair, daughter, Stacy Blair, two grandchildren, Alexis and Molley Blair, two sisters, Donna (David) Bragdon and Debra Gray of Lucasville and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandson, Kaleb Wesley Blair.
David was baptized in 1981 at Camp Creek United Baptist and was a member of Candy Run United Baptist. He lived his life for God and loved his family tremendously.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 18, 2022 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio, with Elder Arvil Murray, Elder Kaleb Blair and Pastor Mike Queen officiating.
Family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the funeral home.
