Jimmy Ray Neel (Jim), 86, of Crescent, OK, went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday February 2, 2022. He was born on March 17, 1935, to his late parents Elzer Cargill Neel (E.C) and Lucille Neel-Barlow at University Hospital of Oklahoma City, OK.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 19th, 2022, at Twin Lakes Chapel, 1231 Squirrel Rd, Crescent, OK 73028 officiated by Pastor Sheldon Tucker.

Jim resided in Edmond, OK most of his life and graduated from Edmond Memorial High School in 1953, served 11 years in the Army National Guard, loved the Lord and teaching the Gospel. Jim had an entrepreneurial drive and the intellect of an industrial engineer, which he applied in the designing and fabrication of machines that reduced production time. He also enjoyed construction, woodworking, and auto body work.

He was preceded in death by his father E.C. Neel, mother Lucille Barlow, stepfather Herman Barlow, sister Frances Roberts, brother Don Barlow and granddaughter Danielle Townsend-Williams
