Joan M. Williams, 100, Altoona, passed away Saturday at the Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg after a brief illness. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Florence (Hirt) Finnegan, Sr. Joan married Robert J. Williams on May 8, 1946 in Altoona, he preceded her in death on July 14, 1994.

Joan was a 1938 graduate of Altoona High School and a graduate of the Altoona School
Friends will be received from noon-1:00 pm, Friday, Feb. 18, 2022 at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 pm, Friday in the Stevens Memorial Chapel with the Franciscan Fathers. Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
