Deborah Ann Richardson Brewster passed away on January 25, 2022. She was 90 years old. She was a resident of Westminster Canterbury in Winchester, Virginia for the past seven years. Prior to that she and her husband of over sixty years, James Franklin Brewster (deceased), lived in many states, most recently Arizona and Colorado.

In addition to being the loving wife of James, Deborah was the beloved mother and (grandmother) of Abigail Brewster Pope (William Bradley Pope, Emily Brooke Hollowell, Gregory James Pope), Mark Richardson Brewster(deceased), Wendy (Reid Curry Brewster, Derek Foy Brewster, Kiley Joy Brewster) and Peter Wood Brewster, Anna (Tyler James Brewster, Dustin Guy Hollingsworth). She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren, her brother, Phil Richardson, Barb (Scott) and niece Elizabeth Bamber.

Deborah was the daughter of the late Raymond John Richardson and Sarah Evelyn Brossman of Reading, Pennsylvania. She was born July 6, 1931. She graduated from Westtown Friends School and Swarthmore College. Debbie was a life-long nature lover and a devoted educator.

A memorial service is planned at Trinity Episcopal Church 200 West King Street Martinsburg, West Virginia on Saturday, April 23. Internment at St. Mark's Church, Perryville, MD. April 25.
