Frances Loretta Green was born December 10, 1934 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Eallie Amber-Lee Lasenberry and Annies Loretta (Jones) Lasenberry. She died at her home in Oklahoma City on Thursday, February 10, 2022, almost four months after the love of her life, her husband William Arno Green passed away.

Frances was born and raised in Chickasha and on February 24, 1950, at the age of 15, she married William Arno Green in Wichita Falls, Texas. After moving around the country because of her husband's career in the military, they settled in the Chickasha area. They shared over 71 years together.

Frances was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially later in life when she cared for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved to travel with her family, they took adventures all across the country taking in all the sites. She also enjoyed gardening, planting, and reading true crimes and biographies.

She was preceded in death by both parents, her husband William, a young daughter Susan Annies Green, and brother Thomas Junior Lasenbury.

Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
