Judy was born to Mendell and Augusta Mirabella in Baltimore, Maryland, October 10, 1959. She had 5 siblings (4 brothers and a sister). They moved to Pocatello, Idaho in her early childhood. She worked for years in the food industry and nursing homes serving the community. She had the biggest heart and was always willing to help whether you were family, a friend or a complete stranger. Judy was always putting everyone else's needs before her own.

On October 6th, 1988 she married Shane Hall and they had two children, Shantay and Ryan. She attended many events and sports games for her kids. Everything she did was for these two. She loved seeing everything they accomplished throughout their lives. She was the best Nana to her granddaughter Piper. Piper had everything she could ever need. Always a new toy or new item from her Nana.

She was preceded in death by her father Mendell Mirabella, mother Gussie Warne, and brother Greg Mirabella.
