Mr. Damron was born on May 2, 1954 in Allen, Kentucky to Claude and Opal (Hopson) Damron.
He honorably served his country in the United States Army.
Mr. Damron was a self-employed mechanic and enjoyed working on cars. He loved his dog Buffy Jo, his faithful companion for the last 19 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother; Jerry Damron and two nieces; Sheryl Damron and Lisa Damron.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the Hamilton Church of Christ, 4045 East Bellefontaine Road in Hamilton.
Funeral services will be held following the visitation at 2:00 PM at the church with Pastor Jeff Alexander officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the Community Humane Shelter of Steuben County, 780 Shelter Lane, Angola, Indiana 46703.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Feller and Clark Funeral Home in Waterloo.
