Dorothy Irene Sharp, 88, Goshen, passed away at 1:23 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Goshen Hospital. She was born September 15, 1933, in Goshen, to James H. & Edith M. (Maroney) Arnold. On January 1, 1951, in Goshen, she married Arthur Sharp Sr.
Surviving are her husband, Arthur, Goshen, children, Arthur (Cindy) Sharp Jr., New Paris, Sandra (Robert) Warble, Goshen, Joanne Sharp, Elkhart, Kenny (Debra) Sharp, Elkhart, DJ Wilson, Elkhart, daughter-in-law, Darlene Sharp, Goshen, 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents, brothers and sisters and son, Daniel Sharp Sr.
Dorothy was co-owner operator with her husband, Arthur, of Sharp Sanitation for 20+ years. She also worked as a presser at American Laundry. Dorothy was a member of Zion Assembly Church of God. She loved cooking & baking, sewing, shopping, gardening and coloring. She especially loved being with family and friends.
