Mr. Michael Scott Scarbrough of Stone Mountain (formerly of East Point) passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022. He was a United States Army Veteran. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Harold and Bernice Scarbrough, brothers, Harold Eugene Scarbrough, James Barry Scarbrough and is survived by his daughter, Anna Scarbrough of Carrollton; son, Ian Scarbrough of Milledgeville; sister, Kathy Scarbrough of Palmetto; Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles. A family gathering to be held at a later date. Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory.
