Brenda Kay Wilkins Thomas, 60, passed away on December 3, 2021, she was born in Franklin County on August 10, 1961 to the late Paul and Mary Davis Wilkins. In addition to her parents, Brenda was predeceased by siblings, Judy Dunston, Barbara Grissom, James Wilkins, Paul Wilkins, David Wilkins, Ernestine W. Clifton, Jacqueline Wilkins, and Larry Wilkins; and a granddaughter, Kaylena Thomas
Brenda is survived by her daughter, Jessica Thomas; her son, Steven Jarrel Thomas; grandsons, Ricky Irby, Jr. and Steven Thomas, Jr.; her children's father, Steven Thomas; her brother, Robert Wilkins; and her sister, Mary Williams.
Brenda loved her family being one of eleven children her family is extensive. She loved children, and was known to have the home where children of the neighborhood would come to for cookies and treats. Brenda loved photography and everything about it from taking the pictures, or being in them to the development and framing. She was generous and would help anyone if she could, she enjoyed life, and dancing.
