Sebastian was a very special part of my life, I found her in the street as a tiny little 3 day old handicapped duckling back in 1995 her legs bend & she couldn't walk or stand up, no one wanted her & the vets suggested that I put her to sleep, I didn't think it was the right thing to do since she was able to eat so I took her home and cared for her myself, she was like a baby to me I done everything for her, so she could live a normal life as possible, she was such a happy duck that loved me & loved life, we were very bonded to each other, I will miss everything about her and the kisses she gave me before I would kiss her good night...Sebastian developed heart problems & turned for the worst on Christmas Day 2007, I had to have her put to sleep the next day where she passed away peacefully in my arms at home she was 12 in a half years old....Sebastian I will never ever forget you my heart breaks everyday without you & the house is so lonely.....Missing you badly

A special place reserved for ducks
when they quietly fall asleep
With large and airy meadows
and a yard for finding bugs,

Lord, I know You keep this Special Place
And so to You I pray,
For one Special duck who quietly died today
She was full of strength and love
and so very, very wise.
she went to join the other ducks
To Your land that is so Divine
So, speak to Sebastian softly please
And give her a warm hello.
She's a Special gift to You Dear Lord
