Frank R. Brussel, Sr. passed away February 6, 2022 in Fredericksburg, TX. He was born February 11, 1934 in Deming, New Mexico to Carl and Marietta Brussel. Frank and his mother moved from place to place before finally settling in Blanco, Texas. Then on November 7, 1954 he and Joy Krause were married.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Carl Brussel, Tommy Heyman, and sister, Augusta Anderson

Frank is survived by his wife; Joy, their two sons, Bobby and wife Susan and Terry and wife Dianne. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, Brandi & Christina and Tyson & Jessica; 3 great-grandchildren, 4 step grand-children, 11 step great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren; Also by his 5 favorite nieces, Marjorie, Carolyn, Marilyn, Larialie and Loretta.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Crofts – Crow Funeral Home in Blanco where funeral services will be held honoring Frank's life at 10:00 AM Thursday morning with Wayne Mathis officiating. Interment will follow in Kneupper Cemetery in Kendalia, TX.
