He was born June 6, 1963 in Kankakee the son of Robert and Shirley Tedford. He graduated from Momence High School and he attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was an avid Chicago White Sox fan and Chicago Bulls fan. He enjoyed golfing and spending time with his nephews.
Todd is survived by his two sisters, Terri (Tony) Sellers of Bradley and Tammy Tedford of Bradley; two nephews, Travis Sellers of Bradley and Mac Sellers of Bradley; a great niece and nephew, Victoria (Devin) Runner of Neenah, WI and Jacob Sellers of Limestone.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
