Obituary of Brian Kennington Pruitt
A memorial service celebrating the life of Brian Kennington Pruitt, 63, will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Philip Blankenship will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Red Cross and Blaney Baptist Church Building Fund.

Mr. Pruitt was born August 25, 1958, to the late Furman Parker and Betty Kennington Pruitt, in Camden, South Carolina. He was a former salesman in the automotive industry, as well as a drummer in the Flashback Band. He enjoyed watching the Clemson Tigers play, reading, singing and music, lots of music!

Surviving are his wife of thirteen years, Kimberly Turner Pruitt; sons, Warren Ross Pruitt, Luke Kennington Pruitt, and Step-Son, Luke Aaron Marshall; sister, Renee Watson; niece, Ashleigh Howell; and nephew, Tripp Larsen.

He was predeceased by his parents, Furman Parker and Betty Kennington Pruitt; and sister Caron Pruitt.
