Gary Wayne Valentine, 66, of Zanesville, passed away Tuesday (February 7, 2022) at the Morrison House, Zanesville.
He was born May 29, 1955 in Cambridge, son of Shirley Valentine of Cambridge and the late Forest Valentine.
Gary retired from Pleasant Valley Quarry in Mt. Sterling. He also worked several years in several in the oil field industry. Along with his dad he farmed and timbered, they operated a Sawmill and made pallets for several local companies. Gary was a 1973 graduate of Meadowbrook High School. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, and loved taking his dad with him. He would help anyone who needed him. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at the Quarry and loved his niece Sara very much.
