Douglas Lee Foltz, 76, of Falling Waters passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022 at his residence.
Born October 3, 1945 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Wilber Foltz and Christina Darr.
He was a veteran of the US Army Reserve.
He is survived by two sons, Steven Foltz, Robert Foltz and girlfriend, Carmilla Hurtman; one daughter, Roxanne Verzich and husband, Darren Verzich; five grandchildren, Danielle Foltz, Seirra Younker, Devin Foltz, Jacob Younker, and Austin Hurtman; seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mike and Jeff Foltz; six sisters, Carolyn Geouge, Ruth Ann Miller, Gail Foltz, Gina McKinney, Linda Frazier; and Linda Dillow; and two dear friends, Teresa Clopper and Scott (Ziggy) Sigler.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Wasson Foltz; one brother, John Foltz; and two sisters, Joyce Foltz and Loretta Ceravalo.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
